What does your creative process look like?
Being empathetic means putting yourself in others' shoes and understanding their thoughts, feelings and experiences. To foster empathy in my creative process, I listen carefully to my clients and their needs, and try to understand their perspective. I ask questions, gather information, and do research to get a complete picture of their challenges and goals.
