What does your creative process look like?
I start by understanding what you’re building, for whom and why. From there, I explore several creative directions, and we work iteratively. With my innovation consulting background from IDEO, I look for inspiration outside the usual competitor's space. I get goosebumps when I hear the founders say “oh wow, THIS is US!”. Ideally, your new brand should serve you as an OS for your whole company, guiding who you are and where you're going. On a more practical level – my engagements usually start with 4-6 weeks of design boost and a retainer when needed.
